Netherlands·Beijing-The First International Symposium on Comprehensive Urban Transport Development

In mid-October 2014, the first international conference on comprehensive urban transport development jointly organized by Beijing Architecture Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (BIAD) and the Dutch Embassy in China was held in Beijing. Dutch Ambassador to China Jia Gaobo, Director of Beijing Municipal Planning Commission Huang Yan, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Planning Commission Wang Wei, Deputy Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources Shi Hongya, Deputy Director of Beijing Civil Defense Bureau Guo Yuan and other urban transportation development areas Domestic and foreign experts, scholars and managers attended the meeting.

The seminar not only conducted research on urban integration, but also held the establishment ceremony of BIAD Urban Transportation Comprehensive Development Research Center. Zhang Yu served as the director of the center, Li Hui served as the deputy director, and Huang Yan, director of the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission, BIAD Zhu Xiao The chairman of the board of directors together unveiled the center.

Chairman Zhu Xiaodi said that as a large-scale civil society institution, he has been exploring the BIAD urban transportation for eight years. Under the guidance of the government, he has accumulated rich management experience through cooperation and exchanges with the government and domestic and foreign counterparts. Professional and technical problems have a deeper technical thinking and knowledge accumulation, and laid the foundation for creating more social values and economic value development.
