 The team, at ICE India, put their heads together and proposed a seamless event experience designed to achieve the outcome as envisaged by the client.

From the event tagline, until the custom photo booths that were created, all engagement touch points were aligned to drive home the point - 'Teamwork makes dreams work'.

The theme was unveiled through a customised sand animation storyboard. We featured a music based audience engagement activity called 'acapella' that showcased teamwork in a different light. The awards ceremony was peppered with different acts and activities like a dance performance by a troupe specialized in 'shadow acts' and an interesting activity by the MC who made the foreign delegates say dialogues from Bollywood movies!
