In the morning of 16^th August , planned and executed by Beijing Jiuzhou Planning Company , the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Project International Resort Cui Yunshan was held , in which 5 billion yuan was invested. More than 200 officers and leaders from China National Tourism Administration, Hebei Province government, Zhangjiakou City and Chongli County attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Cheng Yingqian Hebei, the Vice General Manager of Hebei Construction&Investment Group,  presided over the Groundbreaking Ceremony. Then, Zhao Huining, the General Manager of the group, Chu Guoru, the Secretary of Chongli County Party Committee and Hou Liang Mayor of Zhangjiakou Municipal People's Government made speech in turn at the event. At last, Nie Chenxi, the Provincial Party Committee member and vice governor of the provincial government, announced that the groundbreaking of the project International Resort Cui Yunshan started officially. After the ceremony, the participants also learned the project layout.
