On January 19, 2019, the 2nd  Member Congress passed the Association's 2018 work summary and 2019 main work plan, some member units upgraded and downgraded applications, and the establishment of the internal insurance branch decision. At the meeting, industry experts and representatives of outstanding enterprises gave lectures and speeches. Chairman of the Committee, Mr. An Zhigang, gave a wonderful speech at the meeting. The director of the single director said that 2019 is the year of normative construction of the Bei'an Association. It should be guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's party building ideology, adhering to the purpose of the four service associations, rely closely on the member units, give full play to the role of expert think tanks, forge ahead, and promote the association. Through the conference, the participants further understood and learned the efforts and contributions of the association in the development of the security industry in the capital, and further learned the wonderful achievements of the security industry. In the future, the Association will continue to be based in the industry, under the guidance of government departments, with the support of member companies, play a good role as a bridge, and make due contributions to the social security and industry development of the capital. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the meeting, more than 100 people from the Jiuzhou planning team worked overtime.
