The 2017 “Red Beach”  Sino-German International Beer Culture Festival was held in Panjin Dawa West Lake Park, Liaoning Province. The event was hosted by the People's Government of Dawa District, Panjin City, and was planned and directed by Jiuzhou. The event invited more than 500 elites from the Chinese and German political and business industries to attract beer lovers from all over the world. Beer culture and art of Munich, Germany is displayed in all directions all-round by the event with wine as the intermediary.

The Sino-German International Beer Festival re-enacted the traditional barrel-knocking ceremony of the opening ceremony of the Oktoberfest. The official opening of the Sino-German International Beer Festival was announced.
