The Asia-Pacific Silicon Carbide and Related Materials International Conference was held at the Zhongjia Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel in Beijing on July 9th-12th, 2018. The event was planned and executed by the Jiuzhou Conference Planning Company.

The conference will focus on the wide-bandgap semiconductor materials (SiC, GaN, AIN, BN, Ga2O3, ZnO, diamond, etc.) growth technology, material structure and physical properties, optoelectronics and application research and development and applications, and promote the exchange of production, education and research which promote cooperation and communication with each other. It is believed that this conference will definitely promote the academic research, technological progress and industrial development of wide-bandgap semiconductor materials and devices such as silicon carbide in the Asia-Pacific region.
