Duties:

large project.

4. Elaborate
and express the present situation, the current situation of the industry, and
put forward constructive suggestions.
5. It is able to persuade and guide
customers strategically, and to provide brand strategic planning for
customers.
6. Grasp the creative direction, balance the creative ideas of the team, manage and enhance the creative output and execution of creative
personnel, and inspire creative ideas of team members.
7. Organize and manage
creative team; train, motivate and excavate the potential of team members.
8. Guide the creative team of subsidiaries to get closer to group planning and
international integration.
9. Constantly excavate new projects, achieve the
integration of resources and build a win-win platform.
Requirements:
1. over the 20 years of industry experience;
2. Well versed in the
literature knowledge of marketing, history, culture, geomantic, psychic and
artistic creation.
3. With excellent oral eloquence speaking ability,
training ability and management ability;
4. Understand the international
market, the development of the industry, and have the mind of the international
market.
5. With the overall ability of the enterprise division
strategizing.
